Yes, Friendly Brynjolf on Bethesda.net lets you marry him. 3.Yeah, Dudestia's mod. And it works on any follower that uses the vanilla spouse system, which is considered a quest IIRC. So if there's a follower who uses a different marriage quest, it goes unrecognized. For example, Coldsun's Vixi follower, or Sofia, who have custom marriage quests and allow you to marry other followers who use the vanilla ....
